  • 8–9am: Breakfast!

  • 9:30am–12:30pm: Awareness Through Movement

  • 12:30–2pm: Lunch!

  • 2–5pm: Breakout sessions & master classes

  • 5–6pm: Free time

  • 6–7:30pm: Dinner!

  • 8pm: Night Moves (informal performances; music/dance jams; movies)

Saturday, April 19

  • 8–9am: Breakfast!

  • 9:30am–11:30: Awareness Through Movement

  • 12:00 noon: Check out & say goodbye
