Philippa Castel, Alexander Technique & Feldenkrais Teacher, UK

“I don't see anything out there even remotely approaching the depth and quality of this course. It’s a fantastic
and truly practical resource for people whose pain has forced them to see of the inadequacy of their habits, and to those wise enough to seek prevention rather than cure.”

Phyllis Kaplan, MD, New York, NY

Andrew's understanding of functional anatomy is superb, and his lessons are a model of clarity. Working with him has transformed and continues to transform my life. His instructions come from a clear kinesthetic image that's deeply considered.”

Krish Kresge, Feldenkrais Practitioner, Chevy Chase, MD

“Andrew packs so much into this powerful and empowering program. A life-changing experience! I can’t wait for people to discover this. This is seminal work for the rest of our lives.”

Haan Gao, Wine Journalist, Shanghai, China

“Andrew’s language is so precise, and differs from anybody I know in the motor education field. It has a 3D effect on sensation.”

Darren Harris, MSc, ACM, SMA

“I praise you for your teaching style which I find so interestingly different from other Feldenkrais  instructors. Where others can be get a bit vague, I love how you can be so explicit and detailed in what can be found if I'm directed to the appropriate sensations in the first place.”

Andrew Shapiro, Entrepreneur, Consultant, Brooklyn, NY

“I was referred to the Andrew Gibbons for Feldenkrais lessons by my physician to improve the strength and health of my bones. After sitting at my desk all day looking at a multiple computer screens, I used to feel drained and sore. I was losing the battle with gravity. Since working with Andrew, the tension and soreness are gone and the end of my day feels as loose as the start.”

Practical, testable insights about how good support works and moves you out of pain.

Innovative warm ups that address the whole body’s coordination of the arms.
